Another Win For Mercedes as Bottas Wins in Baku
We are now four races into the Formula 1 season and we've had another Mercedes 1-2 finish as Valtteri Bottas claimed the checkered flag in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix with teammate Lewis Hamilton finishing second.
Bottas now tops the F1 drivers' standings with a one point lead over Hamilton while Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel sits third with 52 points and Red Bull's Max Verstappen is fourth with 51.
There was not a lot of drama on the city circuit in Baku as there were 51 laps without a major incident. That made it smooth sailing for the Silver Arrows as third-placed Sebastian Vettel was over 11 and a half seconds behind the pace.
Up next is the Spanish Grand Prix from Barcelona on the weekend of May 10.
