Kentucky Wildcats vs Vanderbilt Commodores Wrap - Kentucky Wins 38-14

Christopher Rodriguez Jr. scampered through the Vanderbilt defense for 129 yards as Kentucky handed the Commodores a 38-14 defeat on Saturday at Vanderbilt Stadium.

Christopher Rodriguez Jr. rushed for 129 yards, while Lynn Bowden Jr. added 110 yards in the win. Clevan Thomas Jr. and Kavosiey Smoke added 45 and 28 receiving yards respectively.

Ke'Shawn Vaughn rushed for 58 yards for Vanderbilt, while Keyon Brooks added 30 yards. Riley Neal threw for 74 yards for the Commodores, while receivers Ben Bresnahan and Cam Johnson had 32 and 21 yards respectively.

Kentucky outgained Vanderbilt 528-198 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 30-13 by the Wildcats.

Kentucky led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 38:39-21:21 split in that important category.

Next game, Kentucky takes its act home to face Tennessee-Martin looking for another win. For Vanderbilt, they head home to face East Tennessee State.
