Golden Eagles vs Roadrunners Final: 36-17 - Recap

De'Michael Harris ran for 121 yards as Southern Miss handled UTSA by a score of 36-17 on Saturday at Alamodome.

The Golden Eagles were a -17.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 55.5.

De'Michael Harris rushed for 121 yards, while Kevin Perkins added 65 yards in the win. Quez Watkins and Tim Jones added 137 and 97 receiving yards respectively.

Sincere McCormick rushed for 54 yards for UTSA, while Lowell Narcisse added 31 yards. Lowell Narcisse threw for 325 yards for the Roadrunners, while receivers Zakhari Franklin and Joshua Cephus had 97 and 95 yards respectively.

UTSA lost the offensive yardage battle to Southern Miss 493-422 yards in Saturday's game. UTSA had more first downs as that total ended up 20-19.

Southern Miss lost the time of possession battle 30:37-29:23, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Southern Miss looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Western Kentucky. UTSA will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Florida Atlantic.
