Wildcats Fall 29-13 Against Auburn - Game Recap

The Wildcats were burned by Seth Williams for 112 receiving yards on Saturday as the Tigers picked up a 29-13 win at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Auburn won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -6.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 46.5.

Bo Nix rushed for 34 yards, while Shaun Shivers added 29 yards in the win. Seth Williams and Eli Stove added 112 and 55 receiving yards respectively.

Kavosiey Smoke rushed for 62 yards for Kentucky, while Terry Wilson added 42 yards. Terry Wilson threw for 239 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Josh Ali and Allen Dailey Jr. had 98 and 42 yards respectively.

Auburn lost the offensive yardage battle to Kentucky 384-324 yards in Saturday's game. Kentucky had more first downs as that total ended up 21-16.

Kentucky led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 36:29-23:31 split in that important category.

Auburn heads into a Week 5 battle against Georgia. Kentucky, meanwhile, will have their next action against Ole Miss.
