Bulldogs vs Tigers Final: 44-34 - Recap

K.J. Costello led the way with 623 passing yards on Saturday as the Bulldogs picked up a 44-34 victory over the Tigers at Tiger Stadium.

Chris Curry rushed for 47 yards for LSU, while Tyrion Davis-Price added 43 yards. Myles Brennan threw for 345 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Terrace Marshall Jr. and Jaray Jenkins had 122 and 85 yards respectively.

LSU was outgained by Mississippi State 632-425 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 25-24 by the Tigers.

The time of possession battle favored Mississippi State as their offense was on the field for 30:28, longer than the 29:32 of their opponents.

Mississippi State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Arkansas. LSU will aim to get back on the winning track at Vanderbilt.
