Tigers Fall 38-19 Against Alabama - Game Recap

Alabama won 38-19 on Saturday against Missouri behind a 134-yard receiving performance from Jaylen Waddle at Memorial Stadium at Faurot Field.

Alabama won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -29.0-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 55.5.

Najee Harris rushed for 98 yards, while Brian Robinson Jr. added 18 yards in the win. Jaylen Waddle and DeVonta Smith added 134 and 89 receiving yards respectively.

Larry Rountree III rushed for 67 yards for Missouri, while Connor Bazelak added 12 yards. Shawn Robinson threw for 185 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Jalen Knox and Tyler Badie had 63 and 54 yards respectively.

Alabama outgained Missouri 414-322 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-20 by the Crimson Tide.

Alabama led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:25-28:35 split in that important category.

Alabama heads into a 5 battle against Texas A&M. Missouri, meanwhile, will have their next action against Tennessee.
