Recap - Seattle Defeats UTRGV 84-56
The battle between Seattle and UTRGV didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as UTRGV was handed a 84-56 defeat on Saturday at Redhawk Center.
Bettors who backed Seattle were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -18.0 at sportsbooks.
Seattle got 24 points from John Christofilis and another 21 points from Cameron Tyson. Alex Schumacher contributed 7 assists, while Kobe Williamson cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
UTRGV got 23 points from Elijah Elliott in a losing cause and another 14 points from Daylen Williams. Daylen Williams contributed 3 assists for them, while Daylen Williams had 12 rebounds.
Seattle was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
