Penn State blew out Rider on Friday, running up the score in a 90-63 win at Bryce Jordan Center.
Penn State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -13.5-point spread as favorites.
Kanye Clary had 29 points for Penn State and D'Marco Dunn chipped in with 12 points. Ace Baldwin Jr. had 9 assists for them, while Qudus Wahab was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Rider got a 19-point performance from Mervin James, who was supported by 10 points from Allen Powell. Allen Powell had 4 assists in a losing cause for Rider, while Tariq Ingraham grabbed 6 rebounds.
Penn State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Rider won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 30-27.
