Southern Virginia Falls 87-56 to Campbell - Recap
The battle between Campbell and Southern Virginia didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Southern Virginia was handed a 87-56 defeat on Saturday at John W. Pope Jr. Convocation Center.
Campbell got 16 points from Colby Duggan and another 13 points from Anthony Dell'Orso. Laurynas Vaistaras contributed 9 assists, while Broc Bidwell cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Southern Virginia got 18 points from Koa Baker in a losing cause and another 15 points from Malakai Olson. Phil Harris contributed 3 assists for them, while Koa Baker had 7 rebounds.

Campbell had a 35-25 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Campbell looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Davidson. Southern Virginia will aim to get back on the winning track at Norfolk State.
