Recap - Cornell Defeats Columbia 98-76

Columbia was run off the court by Cornell on Saturday as they blasted them 98-76 at Francis S. Levien Gymnasium.

Bettors who backed Cornell were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as a favorite of -6.0 at sportsbooks.

Cooper Noard had 17 points for Cornell and Nazir Williams chipped in with 14 points. Nazir Williams had 6 assists for them, while Guy Ragland Jr. was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 11 boards.

Columbia got 17 points from Zavian McLean in a losing cause and another 15 points from Blair Thompson. Josh Odunowo contributed 7 assists for them, while Blair Thompson had 7 rebounds.

Cornell led at halftime, 49-44.

Cornell won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-23.
