Recap - Jayhawks Defeat Boston College 48-24

The Eagles had no answer for Khalil Herbert on Friday as the Jayhawks rolled to a 48-24 win at Alumni Stadium.

The Jayhawks were a +19.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 51.0.

Khalil Herbert rushed for 187 yards, while Pooka Williams Jr. added 121 yards in the win. Andrew Parchment and Kwamie Lassiter II added 100 and 67 receiving yards respectively.

AJ Dillon rushed for 151 yards for Boston College, while David Bailey added 25 yards. Anthony Brown threw for 195 yards for the Eagles, while receivers Hunter Long and Kobay White had 48 and 45 yards respectively.

Boston College was outgained by Kansas 567-447 yards in Friday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 26-23 by the Eagles.

The time of possession battle favored Kansas as their offense was on the field for 31:53, longer than the 28:07 of their opponents.

Kansas looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against West Virginia. Boston College will aim to get back on the winning track at Rutgers.
