Purdue Boilermakers vs Iowa Hawkeyes Recap - Hawkeyes Win 20-14

Iowa got a 134-yard performance from Kaleb Johnson as a key part of its 20-14 victory over the Boilermakers on Saturday at Kinnick Stadium.

Iowa won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 38.5.

Kaleb Johnson rushed for 134 yards, while Leshon Williams added 74 yards in the win. Erick All and Kaleb Johnson added 97 and 13 receiving yards respectively.

Devin Mockobee rushed for 89 yards for Purdue, while Dylan Downing added 39 yards. Hudson Card threw for 247 yards for the Boilermakers, while receivers TJ Sheffield and Garrett Miller had 93 and 71 yards respectively.

Iowa lost the offensive yardage battle to Purdue 343-291 yards in Saturday's game. Purdue had more first downs as that total ended up 21-13.

Iowa lost the time of possession battle 35:28-24:32, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Iowa takes its act on the road to face Wisconsin looking for another win. For Purdue, they head home to face Ohio State.
