Golden Eagles Fall 17-13 Against Old Dominion - Game Recap

The Monarchs were Week 6 winners on Saturday, coming out on top of the Golden Eagles by a score of 17-13 at Carlisle-Faulkner Field at M.M. Roberts Stadium.

Southern Miss was outgained by Old Dominion 337-276 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 17-13 by the Golden Eagles.

Old Dominion lost the time of possession battle 35:22-24:38, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Old Dominion heads into a 8 battle against Appalachian State. Southern Miss, meanwhile, will have their next action against South Alabama.
