Monarchs Fall 38-10 Against Liberty - Game Recap

Liberty won 38-10 on Saturday against Old Dominion behind a 137-yard receiving performance from CJ Daniels at Williams Stadium.

Liberty was the ATS victor, as they covered the -14.0-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 60.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Quinton Cooley rushed for 85 yards, while Aaron Bedgood added 77 yards in the win. CJ Daniels and Noah Frith added 137 and 42 receiving yards respectively.

Grant Wilson rushed for 64 yards for Old Dominion, while Kadarius Calloway added 38 yards. Grant Wilson threw for 161 yards for the Monarchs, while receivers Javon Harvey and Reymello Murphy had 76 and 38 yards respectively.

Liberty outgained Old Dominion 455-280 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-17 by the Flames.

Old Dominion lost the time of possession battle 31:39-28:21, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Liberty takes its act home to face Massachusetts looking for another win. For Old Dominion, they head on the road to face Georgia Southern.
