Panthers Fall 5-2 Against Chicago - Game Recap

Petr Mrazek stopped 38 of 40 shots fired at him by Florida, as the Blackhawks skated to a 5-2 victory Saturday at United Center.

Chicago won as a +164 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 6.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Nikita Zaitsev, Philipp Kurashev, Nick Foligno, Taylor Hall, and Connor Bedard each scored for the Blackhawks in the victory. Foligno opened the scoring for Chicago.

Matthew Tkachuk, and Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored for the Panthers, finding the net behind Petr Mrazek.

Anthony Stolarz stopped 19 of 23 shots for the Panthers, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Chicago went 1-for-3, while the Panthers were 1-for-3 with the man advantage.

Chicago lost the shots on goal battle to Florida by a margin of 40-24.

Chicago looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Devils. The Panthers will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Columbus.
