Recap - Predators Defeat Vegas 5-4

The Predators earned a 5-4 victory over the Golden Knights on Tuesday at Bridgestone Arena.

Nashville won as a -151 favorite, while Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 6.0 were rewarded at the payout window.

Gustav Nyquist, Ryan O'Reilly, Filip Forsberg, Roman Josi, and Mark Jankowski each scored for the Predators in the victory. Jankowski opened the scoring for Nashville.

Juuse Saros turned in a 31-save effort for the Predators.

Brett Howden, Ivan Barbashev, William Karlsson, and Shea Theodore scored for the Golden Knights, finding the net behind Juuse Saros.

Jiri Patera stopped 30 of 35 shots for the Golden Knights, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Nashville went 1-for-2, while the Golden Knights were 0-for-2 with the man advantage.

Vegas lost the shots on goal battle to Nashville by a margin of 35-35.

Next game, Nashville takes its act on the road to face Arizona looking for another win. For Vegas, they head on the road to face Winnipeg.
